Welcome to Suriname!

Well, I made it to Suriname. I had a great first week of getting to know the city and my new friends. I am living in a house for the first time in my life. We have a mango tree and a starfruit tree in our yard. We also have some other tree that bears a fruit or vegetable (not sure what), but it gets pickled. We all have spent the last week preparing for class. Tomorrow is the first day of school.
